policies that we purchase are either retained as investments, sold
to other institutions, or divided into smaller "interests"
or "parts" and made available for re-purchase by third
parties.
Annual returns or yields on these second hand or "assigned"
policies can be significantly higher than conventional stocks
and bonds.
